Denny Phillips appeared before Special Judge Fred Doak who set a Feb. 15 preliminary hearing at the Oklahoma County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Tuesday October 23, 2012. Phillips is accused of killing four people, including a prostitute featured on HBO's "Cathouse" series. Phillips faces six counts of first-degree murder for the 2009 shooting deaths of 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, who had worked as a prostitute at the legal brothel Moonlite Bunny Ranch near Carson City, Nev. Also killed were 22-year-old Milagrous Barrera, 25-year-old Jennifer Ermey and 32-year-old Casey Mark Barrientos. The two additional murder charges are because Phillips and Barrera were pregnant. David Allen Tyner was sentenced to life in prison in May after pleading guilty to six first-degree murder charges in the case.
